THE BUSINESS SKILLS PROGRAM - IT’S ON AGAIN FOR 2009!

We are pleased to announce that our popular Business Skills Program will commence sessions again in March 2009.

Our experience with working with small business owners is that they are good at the technical work required for their business – but don’t necessarily have all the skills to achieve real growth in their business. More and more businesses these days are realising the advantages of having a business coach who can teach them the strategies and tactics for success and help drive real change in their business.

The Business Skills Program.

How does it work?

Commencing in the week beginning 16 March 2009 and run by Louie Torre, who heads up our Business Development Division, the program has been split into 2 parts to maximise it’s effectiveness.

Part 1 consists of 2 seminars lasting around 3 hours each, held in our boardroom over 2 consecutive weeks. Our boardroom has a limited capacity so we will hold them in intimate groups of 4-6 people, which enable a sharing of thoughts and ideas in a friendly environment. The sessions would be run between the hours of 6.30pm to 9.30pm, with a light supper provided.

You will receive a comprehensive workbook with notes that cover 8 separate topics. In Part 1 of the program, we will be focusing on the tools and skills which can be implemented immediately in your business, to give you the biggest bang for your buck!

Part 2 is about putting what you’ve learned into practice. Louie will facilitate with you a one on one 3 hour workshop tailored specifically for your business to ultimately develop a “one-page” business plan that is not only workable but gives you direction, purpose and a plan of attack to drive your business to better results.

The current economic climate makes planning all the more crucial and it could easily mean the difference between success and failure.

All existing business clients of PT Partners who have not attended this program will be receiving further details regarding the course no later than the week ended 6 February 2009.

However, even if you are not in business, but know of someone who may benefit from the workshop, please have them contact the office on (02) 9891 1544 and we will be happy to pass the details on to them.
